About the Role:

This part-time position offers a flexible remote work arrangement with the opportunity to contribute to various tasks related to management, operations, HR, finance, marketing, and logistics while gaining valuable experience in a dynamic and innovative company. No prior experience in construction required, just a motivated, reliable, and detail-oriented individual who is willing to learn and help with whatever is needed. 

Sample Responsibilities:

• Assist with marketing and design tasks, contributing creative ideas and supporting the implementation of marketing strategies.
• Participate in, and at times take notes for, weekly team meetings, relevant events, and other company activities.
• Contribute to fundraising efforts by supporting grant writing, donor communication, and other related activities.
• Provide support to various team members on projects, offering coordination, communication, logistical, and administrative assistance as needed.

Qualifications:

• Completed or pending Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, communications, or a related field.
• Strong verbal and written communication, problem-solving, social media marketing and design, project management, and multitasking skills.
• Proficiency with relevant software (e.g. Google suite, Canva, Facebook, LinkedIn, Wordpress, MailChimp, CRMs).

This flexible, remote internship is a great opportunity for motivated college students to gain hands-on experience in climate tech and sustainable construction. You’ll have the chance to work across multiple areas, including management, operations, HR, finance, marketing, and logistics. No prior experience in construction is necessary; we are looking for proactive, detail-oriented individuals eager to learn and contribute.

Sample Responsibilities:

• A passion for sustainability and a desire to contribute to innovative climate solutions.
